Bonds
Various types of bond can be placed in the insurance market. This can be an effective alternative to a bank guarantee which would impact upon an overdraft facility. Examples are :

Supplier Default
Whereas traditional credit insurance covers debtor insolvencies, this covers major advance payments
or other contractual relationships can result in a consequential loss if the other party becomes insolvent.
